At POP Pilates Studio, we have created a community where women can shine together. Our group classes will help spice up your routine with a jam-packed timetable consisting of a variety of classes.
How are we different from other studios?
Therapy Classes vs. Fitness-Based Classes
Our instructors at POP Pilates Studio come from different backgrounds. Some instructors are therapy-based, while others are more fitness-based.
Therapy classes are, in general, suitable for people with minor back pain, and for beginners. The exercises in these classes are catered to releasing joint stress, becoming more aware about your overall posture and movement patterns. You will be taught how to perform the basic Pilates exercises correctly, and to move more mindfully. If you are starting out Pilates for the first time, or if you are at the beginner level, you will be encouraged to join these classes.
Fitness-based classes are generally more dynamic and challenging. If you have been doing Pilates for some time and have learned the basics, feel free to try out these classes! You will definitely get your sweat on!
Each class type is designed according to the theme of the month. Our classes vary from week to week, and month to month! In addition to that, we also use small props in our Mat classes - such as the Spine Corrector, Foam Roller, TRX, Chi Ball, Resistance Band, and such.
We also offer group classes with the Tower (wall cadillac) and the Reformer (the most popular Pilates equipment in the world)!
At POP Pilates Method Puri Indah, the group class membership is divided into Basic membership and Elite membership.
The Basic Group membership is a great economical starter package for members who want to start with Mat and small props classes.
The Elite Group membership offers group classes using the Tower, Reformer, Spine Corrector, Magic Chair, and such. We highly recommend the Elite Group membership as you will be able to mix and match your workout, giving your routine a little variety.
At POP Pilates Method Bellagio, we offer an all-included membership. We currently offer evening classes (Mat with small props, and Reformer) on a daily basis and afternoon classes on certain days. We are open to suggestions, so you can request for certain time slots (subject to availability) if you would like. Drop us a text for the schedule.
